Responsibility
- Lead and manage the mechanical design team, ensuring high-quality deliverables for cleanroom, process utility, and HVAC systems.
- Oversee the development of mechanical designs, including schematics, layouts, and specifications, in compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct technical reviews and provide expert guidance on mechanical system performance, energy efficiency, and sustainability.
- Mentor and train junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Ensure all designs meet regulatory and safety standards, including ISO, ASHRAE, and local building codes.
- Coordinate with procurement and construction teams to ensure seamless execution of mechanical systems.
- Drive innovation by researching and implementing new technologies and best practices in HVAC and cleanroom design.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in mechanical design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in HVAC, cleanroom, and process utility systems design and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards (ISO, ASHRAE, NEBB) and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and simulation tools (CFD, energy modeling).
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification is a plus.
