Responsibility
- Lead and manage production operations, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
- Develop and implement strategic production plans to meet business objectives and customer demands.
- Oversee cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration between engineering, logistics, and quality assurance departments.
- Monitor and analyze production metrics, identifying areas for improvement and cost optimization.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all production activities.
- Mentor and develop team members, promoting a culture of accountability and innovation.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to align production strategies with corporate goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in production management, preferably in the semiconductor or electronics industry.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing large, cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficiency in production planning tools, ERP systems, and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in a global manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Operations Management is a plus.
