Responsibility
- Lead coordination with E-MAS and other stakeholders on railway operations, maintenance, and technical issues.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure optimal performance and longevity of railway systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems related to train operations, signaling, and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and deploy upgrades or modifications to railway systems.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and recommendations for system improvements.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to support team development.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in railway engineering.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or related field); Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in railway systems, maintenance, or operations.
- Proven expertise in troubleshooting technical issues in rail infrastructure, signaling, or rolling stock.
- Strong knowledge of railway safety standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders, vendors, and teams.
- Proficiency in technical software (e.g., CAD, simulation tools) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
