Responsibility
- Design, develop, and oversee the installation of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Safety (MEPFS) systems for commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to ensure compliance with local and international building codes (e.g., NFPA, IEC, SNI).
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to integrate MEPFS systems into building designs while optimizing cost and efficiency.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, schematics, and specifications using CAD/BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Perform risk assessments and implement fire safety protocols, including sprinkler systems, alarms, and emergency evacuation plans.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery without compromising quality.
- Troubleshoot system failures, conduct preventive maintenance, and recommend upgrades to enhance performance and sustainability.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies in green building, IoT-enabled systems, and energy-efficient solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or related field); licensed engineer is a plus.
- Minimum 3â5 years of experience in MEPFS design, installation, or project management, preferably in Southeast Asia.
- Proficiency in CAD/BIM software (AutoCAD, Revit MEP) and familiarity with load calculation tools (e.g., ETAP, HAP).
- Strong knowledge of international standards (NFPA, IEC, ASHRAE) and Indonesian regulations (SNI, PU).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to interpret technical blueprints and specifications.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Experience with sustainable design (LEED, Green Mark) or smart building technologies is a strong asset.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia and adapt to a multicultural work environment.
