Responsibility
- Oversee and manage daily site operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to align project goals and resolve technical challenges.
- Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and feasibility.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns.
- Utilize project management software to track progress, resources, and expenditures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues to minimize delays and cost overruns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in site engineering or construction supervision.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or other engineering software.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
- Familiarity with HSE standards and local building codes.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bali with flexibility for occasional travel.
