Responsibility
- Lead and manage the Engineering & Maintenance Department, ensuring all facilities operate at peak efficiency.
- Develop and implement sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental impact and enhance operational efficiency.
- Oversee crisis response protocols, ensuring preparedness for emergencies and swift resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute maintenance, renovation, and infrastructure projects.
- Monitor compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Train and mentor engineering staff to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil) or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and project management skills with a track record of successful team leadership.
- Proficiency in sustainability practices and energy-efficient systems.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to crisis management.
- Familiarity with local regulations and compliance standards in Indonesia.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Certification in engineering or facilities management is a plus.
