Responsibility
- Monitor and control production processes to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the manufacturing process.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement process improvements and enhance efficiency.
- Document and report any deviations or anomalies in the production process.
- Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Assist in the training and mentoring of junior technicians and new hires.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production workflows.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Process Technician or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical skills and familiarity with manufacturing equipment and processes.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
