Join a leading Singapore-based multinational corporation as an Operations/Facility Manager for a state-of-the-art data center. Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the data center, ensuring 24/7 uptime and adherence to SLAs.
- Manage facility maintenance, including HVAC, power systems, and security infrastructure.
- Lead a team of technicians and engineers, providing training and performance management.
- Implement and monitor compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO, Uptime Institute).
- Develop and execute disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Optimize energy efficiency and cost-saving initiatives without compromising performance.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for equipment upgrades and repairs.
- Generate reports on facility performance, incidents, and improvement projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data center operations or facility management.
- Strong knowledge of critical infrastructure systems (e.g., cooling, power, fire suppression).
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing technical teams.
- Certifications such as CDCP, CFM, or PMP are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and safety standards.
- Strong communication skills in English.
