Responsibility
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets in alignment with organizational goals and client requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including designers, contractors, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain schedule and quality standards.
- Conduct feasibility studies, technical analyses, and cost estimations to support decision-making and resource allocation.
- Prepare and present progress reports, documentation, and presentations to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices in all project phases.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and propose innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency and outcomes.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure project success and long-term collaboration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in project engineering, project management, or a related technical role.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other engineering software is a plus.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with industry standards (ISO, OSHA, etc.) and regulatory compliance requirements.
