Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end project management for electrical engineering initiatives, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and external contractors, to align project goals.
- Ensure compliance with local and international electrical codes, safety standards, and quality assurance protocols.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, providing regular updates and addressing concerns proactively.
- Identify and resolve project bottlenecks, resource conflicts, or technical challenges with data-driven solutions.
- Prepare and present comprehensive project reports, financial forecasts, and post-mortem analyses to stakeholders.
- Mentor junior project managers and team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in electrical engineering or construction.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects (IDR 500M+ budget) from inception to handover.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, JIRA) and ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems design, power distribution, and regulatory compliance (e.g., PLN, SNI standards).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified Electrical Engineer (CEE) are a plus.
- Ability to travel occasionally to project sites across Bali and potentially other regions in Indonesia.
