We are seeking a Senior Project Engineer (M&E, HVAC) to lead critical site development projects and establish industry-leading standards for our mechanical operations in Bali, Indonesia.

Responsibility
- Lead the design, installation, and commissioning of HVAC and M&E systems for semiconductor and high-tech facilities.
- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and clients, to deliver integrated solutions.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and technical reviews to optimize system performance.
- Oversee site inspections, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company protocols.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing system data and recommending enhancements.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to foster team growth and expertise.
- Prepare and present detailed reports, proposals, and documentation for stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in M&E or HVAC engineering, with a focus on semiconductor or cleanroom environments.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects from conception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC design principles, BMS (Building Management Systems), and energy-efficient solutions.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other engineering software for system modeling and simulation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with international standards (ASHRAE, ISO, NEBB) and local regulations.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively coordinate with teams and stakeholders.
