Responsibility
- Lead and manage engineering projects from planning to execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including designers, contractors, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and progress updates.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
- Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project risks and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Utilize project management tools and software to track progress, allocate resources, and optimize workflows.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Project Engineer or in a similar role, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge of relevant engineering standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is an advantage.
