Responsibility
- Lead and manage engineering/construction projects from initiation to completion
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
- Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and senior management
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment for the Operations team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in engineering or construction
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMBOK)
- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
