- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (architects, structural engineers, contractors) to integrate BIM workflows into project lifecycles.
- Conduct clash detection and resolve design conflicts to minimize on-site errors and rework.
- Generate and manage BIM execution plans (BEP) and ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 19650).
- Produce detailed shop drawings, quantities, and schedules from BIM models to support fabrication and construction.
- Train and mentor team members on BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Tekla) and best practices.
- Monitor project progress using BIM tools and provide data-driven insights to optimize resource allocation.
- Stay updated with emerging BIM technologies and recommend innovations to enhance project delivery.

- Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Tekla, or similar) and familiarity with 4D/5D BIM applications.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, structural engineering, and fabrication processes.
- Experience with clash detection, quantity takeoffs, and model-based estimating.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams.
- Certification in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
