Responsibility
- Install, configure, and test GPS tracking devices and telematics systems in various vehicle types.
- Perform electrical wiring, soldering, and circuit diagnostics to ensure seamless integration of tracking hardware.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to GPS, electronics, and electrical systems in vehicles.
- Conduct routine maintenance and software updates on installed tracking systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with the technical team to provide on-site and remote support for clients across Bali.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and service reports for quality assurance.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in automotive electronics and GPS technology.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining technical details to clients in a clear and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Automotive Technology, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in automotive electrical systems, GPS installation, or telematics (fresh graduates with strong technical skills are encouraged to apply).
- Strong understanding of wiring diagrams, circuit testing, and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with soldering, crimping, and using multimeters/oscilloscopes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driverâs license and willingness to travel across Bali for on-site installations.
- Good communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
