Responsibility
- Develop and maintain detailed Security BIM models for complex infrastructure, commercial, or industrial projects using industry-standard software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks).
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and security consultants to integrate physical and electronic security systems into project designs.
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to inform security design decisions and mitigate potential threats.
- Ensure compliance with local and international security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, CPTED, NFPA) and client-specific requirements.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to align security designs with budget, timeline, and functional objectives.
- Generate and review technical drawings, specifications, and reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Provide expert guidance on security best practices, including access control, surveillance, perimeter protection, and emergency response planning.
- Stay abreast of emerging security technologies and BIM advancements to drive continuous improvement in design processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Security Management, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP, BIM Certification) are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in security design, BIM modeling, or a related discipline, with a portfolio of complex projects.
- Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, AutoCAD, ArchiCAD) and security design tools (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max).
- Strong understanding of physical security principles, including CPTED (Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design).
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards for security in construction and infrastructure is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
