Responsibility
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of mechanical engineering projects from conception to completion.
- Develop and review technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation in compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and clients, to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
- Conduct site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to BCSS (Building Construction Supervisors Safety) and WSHMCI (Workplace Safety and Health Management and Consultancy Industry) certifications and local regulations.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project staff.
- Prepare progress reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and challenges.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical project engineering, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
- Valid BCSS (Building Construction Supervisors Safety) and/or WSHMCI (Workplace Safety and Health Management) certification.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, materials, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Indonesian safety regulations and local construction standards is advantageous.
