Responsibility
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of medium-to-large-scale engineering and development projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and implement strategic project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and proactively implement solutions to maintain timelines and quality standards.
- Prepare and present comprehensive project reports, financial analyses, and post-project evaluations to senior management and clients.
- Negotiate contracts, vendor agreements, and client deliverables to secure favorable terms and mitigate project risks.
- Mentor and supervise project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements to drive innovation in project methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of leading medium-to-large-scale projects in engineering or construction.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Asana, Trello) and financial software.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Analytical mindset with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and risk assessment.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (or already based in the region).
