Responsibility
- Lead and manage Lean transformation projects to improve operational efficiency and reduce waste.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies using Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies.
- Identify process bottlenecks and propose data-driven solutions to enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize workflows and improve quality control.
- Train and mentor employees on Lean principles and tools to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on the impact of Lean initiatives.
- Drive cost-saving initiatives while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Lean management, process improvement, or operational excellence.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of leading successful Lean transformation projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive change across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Lean tools such as Value Stream Mapping, 5S, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or a related industry is advantageous.
