Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with international safety and operational standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of spare parts.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.
- Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a culture of workplace safety.
- Provide technical support and training to junior team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar technician role, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong technical skills and hands-on experience with maintenance tools and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Certification in occupational safety or relevant technical fields is a plus.
