Responsibility
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently to transport materials and products.
- Load, unload, and move inventory using manual or automated systems while adhering to safety protocols.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse workspace to optimize workflow and prevent hazards.
- Conduct pre-operation equipment checks and report any mechanical issues or safety concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily packing and shipping targets.
- Follow inventory management procedures, including scanning, documenting, and verifying stock levels.
- Assist in receiving and storing incoming deliveries, ensuring proper placement and rotation of goods.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a forklift operator or in a similar warehouse role (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Valid forklift operator certification or willingness to obtain one.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25 kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety and compliance.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills for inventory tracking and documentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Good teamwork and communication skills in English or Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime, as needed.
