Responsibility
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet customer orders and inventory requirements.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and resources.
- Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to maintain efficiency.
- Optimize workflows to minimize downtime, reduce costs, and improve overall productivity.
- Analyze production data to forecast demand, adjust capacity, and prevent shortages or excess inventory.
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards and regulatory requirements throughout the production cycle.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to align production plans with client expectations.
- Prepare and present reports on production performance, KPIs, and areas for improvement to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning, manufacturing, or logistics, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen principles is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
