Responsibility
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the supply chain, ensuring efficient and effective execution of all processes.
- Oversee the CRUD (create, read, update, delete) operations for SKUs and remanufacturing transactions to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, and improve delivery performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and finance, to align supply chain operations with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies related to supply chain and logistics operations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise in SKU management, remanufacturing processes, and inventory optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing and mentoring teams.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to supply chain and logistics.
