Responsibility
- Assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment and machinery.
- Support the implementation of automation processes to improve production efficiency.
- Monitor production lines to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Perform routine inspections and basic troubleshooting of equipment.
- Load and unload materials, components, and finished products as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Document and report any issues, defects, or delays to supervisors.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in manufacturing or mechanical fields is a plus.
- Prior experience in a factory, warehouse, or production environment is preferred.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery.
- Ability to follow instructions, read work orders, and interpret simple technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Physical stamina to lift, move, and handle materials (up to 20-25 kg).
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts or flexible hours as needed.
