Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, and dispatch.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or inventory management software.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and adherence to quality standards.
- Implement and enforce quality control procedures to minimize defects and returns.
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Liaise with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
- Generate reports on inventory levels, production status, and operational performance.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff to maintain high productivity and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or production coordination.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and ERP systems.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Experience in the fashion or retail industry is a plus.
