Responsibility
- Perform routine inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and equipment throughout the resort premises.
- Conduct preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime of electrical installations and machinery.
- Respond promptly to emergency electrical breakdowns and perform effective repairs.
- Install new electrical wiring, fixtures, and control panels as required by facility upgrades.
- Ensure all electrical works comply with relevant safety regulations and company standards.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to document repairs, inventory usage, and service reports.
- Assist in the maintenance of lighting systems, power distribution units, and backup generators.
Qualifications
- Possess at least a Certificate or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in a hotel, theme park, or industrial setting.
- Familiarity with electrical diagrams, schematics, and testing instruments (multimeters, insulation testers, etc.).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a larger maintenance team.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a methodical approach to solving technical issues.
- Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, or public holidays as required by the resort's operational needs.
- Knowledge of DOSH/ST safety requirements is considered a strong advantage.
