As we expand our operations in Bali, we're seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Master Electrician to oversee our solar PV installations, ensuring compliance, safety, and excellence in every project. In this role, you will supervise electrical installations for solar PV systems, lead a team of electricians, and ensure all work meets the Philippine Electrical Code (PEC) and international safety standards. You'll collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to deliver seamless installations, perform rigorous testing and troubleshooting, and maintain meticulous documentation. Your expertise will be critical in driving operational efficiency, site safety, and customer satisfaction across our projects in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

Responsibility
- Supervise and lead electrical installations for solar PV systems, ensuring compliance with PEC and international safety standards.
- Manage and mentor a team of electricians, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
- Conduct thorough testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of solar PV systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to plan and execute installations efficiently and within project timelines.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including as-built drawings, test reports, and compliance certificates for all installations.
- Ensure strict adherence to site safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and hazard identification.
- Provide technical support and training to junior staff and clients on solar PV system operations and maintenance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Valid Registered Master Electrician (RME) license in the Philippines or equivalent certification in Indonesia (e.g., Sertifikat Kompetensi Kerja).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical installations, with at least 2 years in solar PV systems.
- Proven experience leading teams and managing electrical projects from planning to completion.
- In-depth knowledge of the Philippine Electrical Code (PEC) and international electrical standards (e.g., IEC, NEC).
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with testing equipment (e.g., multimeters, insulation testers, PV analyzers).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with clients, engineers, and regulatory bodies.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous learning in the renewable energy sector.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site across Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
