Responsibility
- Conduct thermographic inspections to identify potential equipment failures and inefficiencies.
- Develop and implement Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) strategies to optimize asset performance.
- Analyze thermal data and generate detailed reports with actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize maintenance activities based on risk assessments.
- Monitor equipment health and recommend predictive maintenance measures to prevent unplanned downtime.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations in all maintenance activities.
- Train and mentor junior engineers on thermography techniques and RCM methodologies.
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) investigations for equipment failures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Certification in Thermography (Level I or II) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in construction or heavy industry.
- Proficient in using thermographic cameras and diagnostic software.
- Strong understanding of RCM principles and predictive maintenance techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is preferred.
