Responsibility
- Lead and manage engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and stakeholders, to align project goals and deliverables.
- Develop and review technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Optimize project processes and resource allocation to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure all projects comply with local and international engineering standards, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare and present progress reports, financial analyses, and technical recommendations to senior management.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to foster team development and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, construction methods, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with local regulations and permitting processes in Bali or similar regions.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
