Responsibility
- Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on aircraft engines to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance tasks in compliance with aviation regulations and manufacturer guidelines.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve complex engine-related issues.
- Document all maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections, in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
- Utilize specialized tools and equipment to test, calibrate, and overhaul aircraft engines.
- Ensure all work is completed within specified timelines while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Participate in continuous training and development programs to stay updated on the latest aviation technologies and best practices.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure working environment.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in aircraft engine maintenance, repair, or overhaul (MRO).
- Strong knowledge of aviation regulations, including FAA, EASA, or DGCA standards.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, engine test equipment, and maintenance software.
- Experience with turbine and piston engines, including troubleshooting and repair techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
