Responsibility
- Assist in the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure product quality and process efficiency.
- Conduct routine inspections and calibration of machinery to meet industry standards.
- Monitor production processes and document data for quality control and reporting.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on new technologies and best practices.
- Support preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required—full training provided for motivated candidates.
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field (fresh graduates welcome).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in fixed shifts (including night shifts, if applicable).
