Responsibility
- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, or industrial systems under supervision.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to execute technical projects, including system upgrades and process optimizations.
- Document technical procedures, test results, and maintenance logs for audit and reference purposes.
- Support the calibration and testing of equipment to meet industry and company specifications.
- Respond to emergency breakdowns and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Adhere to workplace safety protocols and contribute to a zero-accident work environment.
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and stay updated with industry advancements.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a technician or assistant engineer role, preferably in an MNC or manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of industrial machinery or systems.
- Familiarity with technical drawings, schematics, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) for effective communication with international teams.
- Willingness to work in shift patterns (4-3-3-4) and adapt to operational demands.
- Certifications in occupational safety, machinery handling, or relevant technical areas are a plus.
