Responsibility
- Oversee daily on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, blueprints, and engineering standards.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to align execution with design specifications and timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance, addressing deviations promptly.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, risk assessments, and technical documentation to stakeholders.
- Manage resource allocation, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Resolve technical challenges and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays or budget overruns.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and industry best practices.
- Liaise with clients and project managers to provide updates and address concerns proactively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., PMP, PE) is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in site engineering or construction supervision, preferably in residential or commercial projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and other construction management software.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety protocols, and quality control procedures.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, contracts, and legal documents.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bali with flexibility for occasional travel to project locations.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
