Responsibility
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of CAPEX projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards.
- Design and optimize process engineering solutions to improve production efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
- Collaborate with global and local teams to align projects with Coca-Cola’s strategic objectives and compliance requirements.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses for proposed engineering initiatives.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment and systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing operations.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices for process improvement.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
- Ensure all projects comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards, including ISO and HACCP certifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project/process engineering, preferably in the FMCG or beverage industry.
- Proven track record of managing CAPEX projects with budgets exceeding $1M.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar engineering software, as well as project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- In-depth knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and TPM methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, FDA) and sustainability practices.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
