Responsibility
- Provide expert technical advice to clients on PCB manufacturing for new projects, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
- Develop, test, and optimize high-layer PCB manufacturing processes to enhance quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct feasibility studies for new PCB designs and recommend process adjustments to meet customer specifications.
- Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify bottlenecks and propose data-driven improvements.
- Assist in the selection and evaluation of materials, equipment, and technologies for PCB fabrication.
- Prepare and present technical reports and documentation for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in PCB manufacturing and integrate innovative solutions into existing workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in PCB manufacturing, process engineering, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of high-layer PCB fabrication techniques, including etching, lamination, and surface finishing.
- Proficiency in using CAD tools (e.g., Altium, KiCad) and familiarity with industry standards (IPC, ISO).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and BOMs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and internal teams.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
