As a Planning Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in project scheduling, resource allocation, and ensuring timely delivery of construction projects. Your expertise will contribute to the successful execution of projects that shape the future of Bali’s infrastructure.
This contract position offers a competitive salary range of Rp 12,000,000 – Rp 15,000,000 per month, along with the chance to work in a dynamic, international environment. Responsibility
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using industry-standard software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and propose corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Prepare and present progress reports, risk assessments, and resource allocation plans to senior management.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
- Conduct site visits to verify progress and resolve any scheduling conflicts or bottlenecks.
- Implement best practices in project planning and scheduling to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project planning or scheduling within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with construction methodologies, contracts, and industry standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Japanese or Indonesian is a plus.
