As a key member of our engineering team, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of civil and mechanical systems for water treatment, distribution, and wastewater management. Responsibility
- Lead the conceptual, preliminary, and detailed design of civil and mechanical systems for water and wastewater projects.
- Develop and review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical reports to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, environmental specialists, and project managers, to deliver integrated solutions.
- Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and risk analyses to optimize project outcomes.
- Oversee the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and timelines for project execution.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and sustainability standards in all design phases.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and design teams.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to secure approvals and address project requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in design engineering, with a focus on water/wastewater systems or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, or similar design software, as well as hydraulic modeling tools (e.g., EPANET, WaterCAD).
- Strong knowledge of international engineering codes (e.g., ASCE, ACI, ASME) and local regulations in Indonesia.
- Proven track record of managing project-based deliverables from inception to completion.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.
- Experience working in multicultural teams or international projects is highly desirable.
- PE (Professional Engineer) license or equivalent certification is an advantage.
