Responsibility
- Develop and implement plant capacity management strategies to optimize semiconductor production output
- Design and optimize production floor layouts using AutoCAD and 3D modeling tools for maximum efficiency
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with operations teams to develop and maintain standard work procedures
- Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard operating times for manufacturing processes
- Develop and maintain production metrics and KPIs to track operational performance
- Support new product introductions by designing efficient manufacturing workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in industrial engineering within semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software for layout design
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience with capacity planning and production scheduling tools
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab, Tableau)
- Strong project management skills with ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) a plus
