Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on engineering systems and equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
- Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project installations, upgrades, and system integrations.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and system performance in compliance with company standards.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
- Assist in the calibration and testing of engineering tools and machinery.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff and other departments as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in engineering technologies and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience as an Engineering Technician or in a similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge of engineering systems, tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with a proactive and adaptable approach.
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory compliance in engineering environments.
