Responsibility
- Lead the installation, testing, and commissioning of ELV systems, including CCTV, Access Control, and other smart building solutions.
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics to resolve technical issues and ensure system reliability.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction.
- Develop and review technical drawings, schematics, and system layouts using CAD or other drafting tools.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to integrate ELV systems with building infrastructure.
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine system requirements and feasibility.
- Provide technical training and support to end-users and maintenance teams.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field (Diploma with relevant experience may be considered).
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in ELV systems, CCTV, Access Control, or building automation.
- Proficient in technical drawing and drafting (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools).
- Strong knowledge of ELV system design, wiring, and integration principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; fluency in English is required.
