As a Land Development Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in planning, designing, and overseeing land development projects that support our agricultural and infrastructure needs.

Responsibility
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for land development projects.
- Design and plan land development layouts, including infrastructure, drainage, and utilities.
- Collaborate with environmental specialists to ensure compliance with local regulations and sustainability standards.
- Oversee construction and development activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with government agencies, contractors, and stakeholders to secure necessary permits and approvals.
- Implement erosion control and land stabilization measures to protect the environment.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Ensure that all development activities align with GAMA Foods' commitment to quality and community welfare.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in land development, civil engineering, or related projects.
- Strong knowledge of land use regulations, environmental laws, and construction standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or other engineering design software.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders and team members.
- Experience working in agricultural or rural development projects is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
