Responsibility
- Assist senior engineers in technical tasks, including equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
- Participate in on-the-job training programs to develop technical and problem-solving skills.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment operates efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Document technical processes, maintenance logs, and project updates accurately.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Support the installation and testing of new engineering systems or components.
- Provide technical assistance and solutions to resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in any engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, etc.).
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Basic understanding of engineering principles and technical drawings.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required.
- Familiarity with basic tools and equipment is a plus.
