Responsibility
- Perform precise assembly, calibration, and testing of mechanical and electronic equipment according to technical specifications.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on production machinery to minimize downtime.
- Operate under two-shift (9AM–9PM / 9PM–9AM) or three-shift (7AM–3PM / 3PM–11PM / 11PM–7AM) schedules as required.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and industry regulations in all technical operations.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to diagnose equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions.
- Document all calibration, assembly, and maintenance activities for audit and quality assurance purposes.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new equipment and production lines.
- Provide technical support and training to junior staff on equipment operation and best practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or related field).
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in equipment assembly, calibration, or maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong technical knowledge of precision tools, measurement instruments, and calibration techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with shift-based work environments and adaptability to changing schedules.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) for technical documentation and team communication.
- Certifications in equipment calibration or safety standards (e.g., ISO, OSHA) are a plus.
