We are seeking a Senior Civil Design Engineer to drive innovation in tunnel, transportation, and urban infrastructure projects across Southeast Asia.

Responsibility
- Lead the design and technical planning of civil infrastructure projects, including tunnels, bridges, and transportation systems.
- Develop detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, STAAD.Pro).
- Conduct feasibility studies, site investigations, and risk assessments to ensure project viability and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (architects, contractors, and government agencies) to align designs with regulatory and safety standards.
- Oversee quality control and technical reviews of design deliverables to meet project timelines and budgets.
- Innovate sustainable and cost-effective solutions for urban infrastructure challenges in tropical and seismic-prone regions.
- Prepare technical reports, proposals, and presentations for stakeholders and clients.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to ensure best practices in design execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (specialization in Structural, Geotechnical, or Transportation Engineering preferred).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in civil design, with a focus on tunnels, highways, or large-scale infrastructure.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and BIM tools (Revit, Navisworks).
- Strong knowledge of international design codes (e.g., AASHTO, Eurocodes, or local Indonesian standards).
- Experience with geotechnical analysis, finite element modeling (e.g., PLAXIS), and hydraulic design.
- Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Mandarin or Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia and travel to project sites as needed.
