Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities to ensure alignment with project plans, blueprints, and specifications.
- Monitor compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed reports on progress, challenges, and risk assessments.
- Liaise with architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical issues and optimize resource allocation.
- Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
- Oversee material procurement, testing, and inventory to prevent shortages or delays.
- Lead on-site team meetings, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PE) is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in site engineering, construction supervision, or project management.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and other construction software.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, OSHA standards, and sustainable construction practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and contract documents.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) and modern construction technologies.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bali with flexibility for occasional travel.
