Responsibility
- Lead and oversee preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and longevity.
- Conduct regular inspections and diagnostics on machinery and systems to identify potential issues.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures in compliance with industry standards.
- Analyze maintenance data and generate reports to track performance metrics and identify trends.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Train and mentor maintenance staff on best practices and safety protocols.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies to ensure availability when needed.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in preventive maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including troubleshooting and repair.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, CMMS software).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Certification in maintenance management or related fields is a plus.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bali and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
