Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end development of products, systems, or processes, from conceptualization to production and post-launch support.
- Design and implement prototypes, models, and simulations to validate feasibility, performance, and scalability.
- Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless integration and compliance with industry standards.
- Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks through root-cause analysis and data-driven problem-solving.
- Optimize existing systems for cost efficiency, durability, and sustainability using advanced engineering principles.
- Prepare and present technical documentation, including design specifications, test reports, and user manuals.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and trends in engineering to propose innovative solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to foster team growth and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related Engineering field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product development, systems engineering, or process improvement.
- Proficient in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, MATLAB).
- Strong knowledge of materials science, manufacturing processes, and quality control methodologies.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) and Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, CE, UL) and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with minimal supervision.
