Responsibility
- Assist in the development, maintenance, and optimization of 3D BIM models for building and infrastructure projects using Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure accuracy and alignment of BIM models with design specifications.
- Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues between disciplines (e.g., MEP, structural, architectural).
- Generate and update 2D drawings, sections, and schedules from BIM models as required for construction documentation.
- Support the creation of 4D (scheduling) and 5D (cost estimation) simulations to enhance project planning.
- Conduct quality checks on models to ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 19650).
- Assist in preparing BIM execution plans (BEP) and project workflows.
- Participate in team meetings and present model progress to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Revit (mandatory) and familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, or BIM 360.
- Basic understanding of BIM standards, workflows, and collaboration tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Prior experience with BIM projects or internships is a plus.
