Responsibility
- Design and develop plumbing, sanitary, drainage, and wastewater systems in compliance with local and international standards (e.g., SNI, WHO, EPA).
- Conduct site inspections and feasibility studies to assess project requirements and constraints.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit).
- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of sanitary systems to ensure quality and compliance.
- Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and contractors to integrate sanitary solutions into broader construction projects.
- Perform hydraulic calculations for water flow, pressure, and drainage efficiency.
- Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations in all project phases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, or Environmental Engineering (accredited institution).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sanitary/water systems design, construction, or maintenance.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar CAD software for engineering design.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, plumbing standards, and environmental laws (Indonesian SNI preferred).
- Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills in English (written and verbal).
