Responsibility
- Oversee day-to-day project operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to meet deadlines and financial targets.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or logistical challenges in real time.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Implement best practices in construction methodologies and sustainability initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to local building codes and international construction standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and site staff to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management, preferably with a main contractor.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry regulations.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and AutoCAD.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Bali’s construction landscape and local regulations is a plus.
- Willingness to travel across project sites in Bali as needed.
